Dirty Martini
A dirty martini has rightfully earned its place as a go-to drink (no matter what season it is). Needless to say, there is no shortage of times we are finding ourselves with one of these in hand this spring.

Serves 1
Ingredients:
1.5 oz Tanqueray London Dry Gin
0.75 oz olive brine
0.25 oz extra dry vermouth
Green olives
Method:
Add all ingredients (except for the olives) to a cocktail shaker and add ice. Shake and fine strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with green olives.
Tanqueray & Tonic
A springtime classic, especially if you’re hosting friends. This is the type of drink you generally have the ingredients on hand for, which is why it’s such a classic for those warm nights at home.

Serves 1
Ingredients:
1.5 oz Tanqueray London Dry Gin
4 oz tonic water
Lemon slice
Method:
Add Tanqueray and tonic water to a copa glass with ice. Stir to mix.
Garnish with a lemon slice.
Cilantro Gimlet
There’s a citrus-y twist that really elevates this gimlet. Combined with the fact that it’s easy to whip up, it’s a no-brainer for those gorgeous spring evenings.

Serves 1
Ingredients:
1.5 oz Tanqueray London Dry Gin
0.75 oz lime juice
0.75 oz simple syrup
Twist of lime
Fresh herbs to garnish
Method:
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and fine strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with lime twist and herbs.
Tom Collins
A sparkly, straightforward drink that has a deliciously tangy taste. You may need to gather a few extra ingredients to pull this one off, but it’s worth it!

Serves 1
Ingredients:
1.5 oz Tanqueray London Dry Gin
1 oz lemon juice
0.5 oz simple syrup
3 oz club soda
Lemon wheel
Maraschino cherry to garnish
Method:
Add gin, lemon juice and simple syrup to a highball glass over ice.
Top with club soda and gently stir. Garnish with a lemon wheel and maraschino cherry.
Bee’s Knees
There’s no denying that this drink lives up to its name! It’s as simple as it is refreshing and an easy one to serve up to a group of friends.

Serves 1
Ingredients:
1.5 oz Tanqueray London Dry Gin
0.5 oz honey syrup
1 oz lemon juice
Lemon peel
Method:
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add all ingredients (except for the lemon peel).
Shake well and strain into a coupe glass. Twist the lemon peel over the cocktail and then drop in.
